Terms of Service

Payment must be given first once you have decided of your desired artwork option.
 
- No cancellation once paid
- No refunds
- No rushing
 Time to be taken: 3 days - 3 weeks
 
You will experience delays due to academics, personal breaks, or health issues.
 
As a client, you will recieve updates such as screenshots of sketches, lineart, coloring and shading as means for feedback, such as changing or additionals.
 
Once your artwork is done, you will recieve a bundle via Google Drive, this means you have:
 
- artworks added with effects
- timelapse
- MDP/PSD File for layer-viewing
 You are welcome to ask additionals and changes, as they are free of charges.
